This user friendly machine is a cost effective solution to low volume packaging. The M1 model operates with a foot pedal which is attached to the back of the machine. This safety feature takes over the old method of unsafe cord pedals that are often left protruding into walkways. With the heavy duty turntable it can accommodate loads of up to 2000 Kg.

The mast is controlled with a joystick to raise and lower the film carriage which prevents any workplace injuries that are often linked to hand operated methods. The film cartridge tension is set as required enabling infinite control for the perfect wrap. The rugged yet simple design eliminates the need for costly maintenance programs. AMWRAP M2- Manual Set Auto Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine

The mid range amrap M2 is a manual setting automatic machine which incorporates features similar to the amrap M1 and M3 machines. The unique feature of this machine is the adjustable height stop.

Place the pallet on the turntable, set the height adjuster to the height of the pallet, then with the use of two simple buttons the amrap M2 works in a similar fashion to the M3 - semi automatic. The film carriage raises until it reaches the height of the stop and then returns to the base of the pallet. This eliminates the need for total operator supervision.

The amrap M2 is a very cost effective model as there is no photocell equipment and the operator only needs to set the height stop and press the button. The custom select top wrap cycle allows the operator to choose how much film is used to wrap the pallet, and the film tension control allows infinite film stretch adjustment.

The M2SA is a simple to use fully semi-automatic without the extra features of the more expensive machines in the AMRAP range.

This machine comes as a High turntable model (strictly for forklift loading). Or as a low turntable for fork lift or hand pallet truck loading as weight and size of load permit. Powered Turntable

The application of hand stretch wrap can be greatly aided with the use of a powered turntable.

The operator holds the stretch wrap unit and controls the turntable rotation with a foot operated control switch. While the pallet rotates the operator gradually raises the stretch wrap unit until the pallet is totally wrapped.
